Artist's Statement

If you’re looking for Tarah Clark, you’ll find her in her home studio, lost in her craft, with as much paint on her hands as on the canvas.

Tarah is an artist based in Wichita, Kansas. She received a Studio Art degree from Friends University and shows her work in local galleries and markets. She enjoys creating colorful Kansas landscapes and floral arrangements that can brighten anyone’s day.

She added an organic feature to her art by creating a water color like aspect which almost helps create that blending of the scene with her Acrylic Paint. Then she details it with India Ink to bring structure back to the piece. Each stroke of acrylic and ink captures a moment and emotion.
