Meditative Art Journaling with Beth Burns

Join artist Beth Burns to begin, or continue, meditative art journaling. Art journaling is a personal practice combining visual art and journaling for self expression, mental health, and creativity. Beth will guide you in using journaling as a tool to mindfully process the peaks and valleys of life in a creative and fun way. We will explore guided meditation, color psychology, mood mandalas and more! You will leave with your own journal along with a few supplies to continue working. $45 per person covers all supplies.
