Artwork Submission

If you are interested in displaying your work, there are a number of ways of doing this.  By becoming a member and submitting your work, the Director of the Gallery will display it at various times throughout the year during designated Member Artist Shows.

Or, if you would like more exposure and control over your work, with an additional donation of $50 a year, you may use one of our display panels in the Loft Gallery to display your work.  You will have unlimited access to your work during business hours to arrange and switch your work (Gallery restrictions apply).

To get started, just complete the Art Work Submission Form and bring it along with your pieces to the Gallery.

A third way to display your work is through a Featured Artist Show.  We host shows throughout the year as well as at key locations around the City of Newton.  For consideration, complete the Featured Artist Submission Form and email or deliver the form along with four images of your work to the Gallery.

All member artist sales are subject to a 30% consignment fee.  Featured Artist sales consignment fees are negotiated individually.

Disclaimer:  The Carriage Factory Art Gallery will take all reasonable care in handling your art work, but assumes no specific liability in case of damage.  The Gallery may determine, based on space or content, considerations whether any piece will become accepted for showing.  Member artists give the Gallery permission to use their art in promotional materials as the Gallery sees fit.  The Submission Agreement is valid for six months.  After that time, if either the art work listed has not been sold or the agreement has not been renewed, the pieces left at the Gallery will become the property of Newton Fine Arts Association, which may retain or sell at its discretion.
